Research interests
My work focus mainly on discovering patterns in structured data (e.g. strings, graphs) of predominantly biological origin. In particular, I am interested in the following topics:
- enumeration algorithms
- machine learning (notably kernel methods)
- compression methods
More generally, I have strong interests in graph theory, combinatorics and optimization.
